5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotional offer is limited to a specific validity period.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by the Member

8.3 Account Recovery

To recover an account that was closed by mistake or due to a technical reason, please contact support. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms and conditions are generally not recoverable.
